I hope it’s okay to ask about clothing choices here…I’ve noticed in the Darcy eps, (pre 98) Lizzie (you) always wears a dress. I imagine it has something to do with being a little fancier or feminine. However, you didn’t for ep 84 ^^^, I think we know by now no outfit is an accident, so why the change?

I always wanted Lizzie to look a little special with Darcy, and that lead to a lot of dresses, but my reasoning with clothes has never been a dress = feminine/fancy/special, pants = not. I think it’s hard to argue a pink top with ruffles is not feminine, and it makes me feel pretty. I did put a lot of thought into Lizzie’s clothes, but not everything has some secret meaning.

You’re right! This one has never been asked about. It’s from Ann Taylor Loft and it’s all fleecy inside so it’s nice to curl up in.
